Refund Policy

Sora watermark remover operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you process videos through our AI watermark removal service. Once credits are used, they cannot be restored or refunded.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described in the eligible refund cases below. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• You were charged in error or charged multiple times for the same purchase.

• A technical failure on our platform prevented you from using purchased credits, and we are unable to restore those credits to your account.

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any credits from that purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@unsorawatermark.com with your account email, order details, and a description of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Credits that have already been used to process videos.

• Dissatisfaction with AI processing results, including artifacts or quality issues, where the service functioned as described.

• Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service, including the prohibited NSFW content policy.

• Purchases made more than 7 days ago, unless required by law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days. We will notify you by email once a refund has been initiated.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us at support@unsorawatermark.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases may result in account suspension.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
